Sebastian confirma además nueva grabación

cantante Joan Sebastian confirmó que
grabará con el grupo Black Eyed Peas.

Guerrero Gracias a
la amistosa relación que hay entre el hijo de
Joan Sebastian, José Manuel Figueroa, y los integrantes
de The Black Eyed Peas, los intérpretes de “My
Humps” grabarán algunos de los temas del
originario de Juliantla.
“Yo he hecho canciones en inglés, pero,
sinceramente, no me gusta cómo las canto, la
pronunciación. Me siento muy cómodo componiendo
en este idioma, pero no creo que sea yo el adecuado
para cantarlas, aunque quizás un día me
pegue la loquera y sí lo haga”.
“Lo que sí haré este año,
y en lo que ya pondré cartas en el asunto, es
en concretar la grabación de una de estas canciones
con los Black Eyed Peas. Ellos las escucharon porque
son amigos de mi hijo y me dijeron que las querían.
De hecho, utilizaron (un ‘sampler’) de mi
canción ’Más allá del sol’
en un remix de algo de ellos”, aseguró

to a friendly relationship between Joan
Sebastian’s son, Jose Manuel Figueroa,
and the members of the Black Eyed Peas,
the singers of “My Humps”
will record some of Figueroa’s songs.
“I have recorded songs in English,
but, truthfully, I don’t like how
I sing them, it’s the pronunciation.
I feel comfortable composing in this language,
but I don’t think that I am able
to adapt to singing them, although the
day may come when I go crazy and just
decide to do it.”
“What I will do this year, and I
will make sure it gets done, is to arrange
the recording of one of these songs with
the Black Eyed Peas. They have heard it
because they are my son’s friends
and they told me that they wanted them.
Actually, they used (a sample) of my song
‘Más allá del sol’
and remixed it with their style,”
assured Joan Sebastian.
